The EVOQ Elite ER™ is a new addition to the EVOQ family of LC-TQ systems, with a mass range to 2,000 m/z for peptide quantitation or other high-m/z applications. The EVOQ LC-TQ platform features a heated electrospray ionization source that can reserve and ionize thermally fragile molecules without discrimination, an active exhaust atmospheric pressure ionization source with an orifice vacuum interface, a flat-tuning Interlaced Quadrupole Dual Funnel (IQ-DF™) to increase sensitivity, a lens-free triple-quad mass filter design, and Pacer™ software, which enables exception-based data review, a feature that reduces the error rate for quantitative analysis.
