The Multitron II Incubator Shaker (50 mm orbit) with shaker bag option enables the cultivation of mammalian, insect, or plant cells in disposable bags from 1 to 10 L WV. Direct gassing of air or a mix of air/CO2 provides pH stability, while media temperature is controlled via air inside the incubator chamber. Up to 3 x 2 L, 2 x 10 L, or 1 x 20 L disposable bags from several manufacturers can be accommodated. The Multitron II with shaker bag option can also be used for shaking flasks with an exchange of the slide-out tray.
