The IVIS Lumina series III benchtop imaging system integrates bioluminescence and full spectral fluorescence in in vivo imaging technologies. The platform can perform multiple modalities including photographic, bioluminescent, fluorescent imaging, X-ray, radioisotopic/Cerenkov, and real-time imaging. The IVIS Lumina series III can acquire images at multiple wavelengths to calculate concentrations of different fluorescent components in every pixel. The Lumina series III platform is available in four models: IVIS Lumina III, IVIS Lumina K, Lumina XR, and Lumina LT.
