The A²® Oligo-Link-it slide is designed for the development of multiplex immunoassays. The plastic slide contains arrays of capture oligonucleotides covalently linked to the surface. Antibodies can then be oligo-linked to complementary oligos to create antibody arrays on the slide through a hybridization step.
