New Capto Phenyl (high sub) and Capto Butyl media are intended for the capture and intermediate stages of protein purification, and they extend the hydrophobic interaction chromatography (HIC) portfolio. The range of prefilled PreDictor 96-well plates has also been expanded to include eight HIC media, available as single medium plates or screening plates, intended to facilitate high-throughput process development. Capto HIC media are based on the Capto platform’s rigid, high-flow agarose base matrix that enables the use of very high flow rates and larger sample volume processing. Capto HIC media are available in a variety of formats for screening to large-scale manufacture.
