The ChemiDoc-It Imager features an integrated touch screen and user-friendly capture software to help simplify workflow for imaging of chemiluminescent, fluorescent, colorimetric, and multiplex gels and blots. Users can click the Live Preview button to immediately see an image sample. The exposure, aperture, zoom, and focus can be adjusted using the touch screen control panel. The built-in computer creates a networkable, stand-alone system allowing users to save images to a USB stick or to a remote computer for further analysis or documentation. The instrument features an 8.1 megapixel, cooled CCD camera. Users can view low light samples in the light-tight darkroom.
