PromoFluor dyes span the wavelengths spectrum from blue to far red. They show good photostability, strong absorption, high-fluorescence intensity and quantum yields, and good water solubility. They are suited for immunofluorescence microscopy, FACS, FISH, proteomics, and microarray applications. The PromoFluor dyes are available as carboxylic acids, NHS esters, and maleimides as well as conjugates with amino groups, biotin, streptavidin, phalloidin, antibodies, and dUTP. They are also included in ready-to-use kits designed for labeling of proteins, antibodies, and DNA. Phycobiliproteins (R-PE, B-PE, and allophycocyanin) for fluorescent biomolecule labeling as well as the corresponding streptavidin and biotin conjugates are also available.
