The CombiFlash® Rf automated flash chromatography system includes the internal integration of electronic light scattering detection (ELSD). By integrating ELSD functionality, the overall footprint of the system is reduced, but the performance of the integrated system is equivalent to that achieved with an external 340CF ELSD detector. All operating parameters of the integrated ELSD are handled using PeakTrak® software. The ELSDs use Thermo-Split™ technology to control the spray chamber and drift tube temperatures, helping to optimize detector sensitivity over a range of flow rates and gradients.
