The high-throughput Cedex Bio HT analyzer measures substrate and metabolite levels in mammalian and microbial cell fermentation. The Cedex Bio HT System features precise analytics, a test portfolio allowing flexible adaption of additional test menus, and an automated platform that can process up to 120 tests per hour. It includes three different measuring methods enabling the analysis of IgG (immunoglobulin G) in addition to LDH (lactate dehydrogenase) and various substrates and metabolites as glutamate, glutamine, sodium, potassium, glucose, lactate, and ammonia.
