The NIMBUS NGS workstation provides an automated solution for emPCR emulsion breaking, enrichment, and sequencing primer hybridization for the Roche GS Junior System. With long 400 bp sequencing reads, the workstation quickly proceeds from DNA to results. The REM e system module performs vortexing, vacuum filtration, magnetic bead capture, and heating. All liquid transfer steps are handled by the 1,000 µL independent pipetting channels of the NIMBUS system. REM e system protocol, GS Junior System, 1 Emulsion Tube per Run and REM e system protocol, GS Junior System, 1 Emulsion Tube, Breaking and Enrichment are available for Lib-L or Lib-A kits as fully automated methods.
