The new Fragment Analyzer™ can provide a high-throughput alternative to lab-on-a-chip methods for qualifying DNA fragments prior to next-gen sequencing runs. The Fragment Analyzer can help labs under pressure from increasing sample workloads. No fluorescent primers are needed, it achieves 2-bp resolution, and it is available in 12- or 96-sample formats. It can work with genomic DNA fragments up to 40,000 bp and assess RNA integrity/quality with an RQN number that's comparable to legacy data.
