The QX200 Droplet Digital™ PCR system provides quantification of target DNA or RNA molecules for EvaGreen or probe-based digital PCR applications. The QX200 system includes droplet generator, droplet reader, laptop computer, software, and associated component consumables. The system’s droplet partitioning is designed to reduce bias from amplification efficiency and PCR inhibitors, and assay setup can accommodate either high-sensitivity or high-throughput operation. The QX200 system can be used with the company’s Droplet Digital PCR-validated assays for cancer mutation detection and genomic variations.
