High Dynamic Range (HDR) Q-Plex technology is a planar-based assay platform that enables measurement of highly concentrated biomarkers and extends low-end sensitivity. This is accomplished by multiplexing two curves for each biomarker in an array, each optimized to measure a specific region of the entire theoretical range of the reagents used. The utilization of this technology increases immunoassay dynamic ranges from the customary 2–3 log range to an extended 4–5 log range. The HDR Q-Plex Technology enables researchers to simultaneously gather biomarker data from samples where sensitivity is paramount while maintaining the ability to quantify high biomarker concentrations.
