The Premo™ Autophagy Terbium/GFP TR-FRET LC3B kits give researchers the ability to not only see autophagy, but to quantify it. Autophagy activity is measured using cells expressing GFP-tagged LC3B combined with a Terbium (Tb)-based TR-FRET immunoassay approach. This format provides an objective autophagy measurement. The assay utilizes a 96- or 384-well format, allowing speed and scalability not available with traditional autophagy methods such as western blot, fluorescence microscopy, and high-content analysis.
