The epMotion® P5073 and M5073 workstations automate what are traditionally complex pipetting tasks. The epMotion M5073 automates the process of DNA purification. Setup time is short and elution volumes as low as 25 µL for high concentrations can be used. Per run, 1 to 24 samples can be extracted for nucleic acid from a range of sources. The epMotion P5073 can help automate the PCR setup workflow in 96- or 384-well format. Four different guided PCR assistants are available that can help with normalization, dilution, setup reactions, and composing mastermixes. Both the epMotion P5073 and epMotion M5073 have 6 SBS positions, and a CleanCap option can reduce contamination risks with the use of a HEPA filter and UV lamp.
