The CancerArray™ is a high-resolution exon-focused 180K array offering genome-wide probe coverage with higher probe density coverage in over 400 known cancer-associated genes. The array enhances the resolution in these cancer regions. The CancerArray is a chromosome analysis approach to detect copy number variants without the need for independent traditional karyotyping or single-gene deletion/duplication analysis. The CancerArray utilizes aCGH technology to cover the entire genome at an average resolution of 20 kb.
