Animal-Origin Free Enzymes

These new animal-origin free (AOF) enzymes include AOF collagenase, recombinant DNase I, and RNase T1. They also include proteases such as neutral protease (dispase). Using AOF enzymes helps avoid potential BSE/TSE and mammalian viral risks and regulatory issues associated with bovine and other animal sources. Uses include biopharmaceutical, biomedical, regenerative medicine, and bioprocessing applications such as the isolation of primary and stem cells for autologous transplantation, artificial organ research, and processing vaccine components.
