Molecular Targeting Technologies

IRIS™ NHS active esters are succinimidyl derivatives of IRIS Dyes with absorption and emission maxima in the visible and near infrared region of the spectrum. They are suitable for conjugation with any biomolecule carrying free primary amines, such as proteins, peptides, amino-modified antibodies, or biopolymers. IRIS dyes are fluorescent dyes belonging to the family of cyanine dyes, characterized by high absorbency and quantum yield, photo stability, and versatility of applications from labeling of antibodies, proteins, and nucleic acids, to molecular imaging, in vivo optical imaging, cell imaging, and click chemistry.
