Rating:
Strong Points: Interesting molecular biology analyses
Weak Points: Could be more extensive

Summary:
Hosted in Canada by Andrew Kropinski, Ph.D., Online Analysis Tools provides a wide variety of functions. They include links to on-line bioinformatics tutorials, tertiary predictions of carbohydrates, numerous DNA sequence analyses, genomic sequence alignments, protein sequence analyses, RNA sequence analysis, tools for transcriptome analysis, and miscellaneous functions that include buffer analysis tools and centrifugation calculations. This is an eclectic set of tools but a collection that probably every molecular biologist has need for at some point. Organization of information is pretty plain, and the number of analyses provided could be considerably more extensive, but there’s nothing here to dislike and a lot to like.
