Treating Ebola Patients Outside of Africa

The recent wave of Ebola cases in West Africa is turning out to be the largest outbreak of the disease on record, with over 826 deaths taking place since February. Real-estate magnate Donald Trump, among others, has tweeted that any Ebola patient, including the U.S. doctor and the American missionary, should not be brought into the U.S. for treatment for fear of spreading the disease.

Do you think that Ebola victims should be barred from entering the U.S. or any other developed country even if that country has the proper and safe types of medical procedures in place and the facilities to treat the disease?
