Biotech Innovations: Overhyped?

While there’s no argument that biotechnology has dramatically improved global healthcare with the introduction of many novel biotherapeutics, there have been some huge hopes for a number of novel drug products and innovative technologies that for various reasons never came to fruition. GEN recently posted a list of 10 biotechnologies that have yet to live up to their hype, which begs the question: Is the tech or the big talk to blame?
