research. The deal is part of the country’s efforts to establish an academic GPCR screening facility together with the Korea Chemical Bank, a national repository library of over 100,000 small molecule compounds.
PerkinElmer reports that its AequoScreen aequorin assays is based on sensitive and flexible cell-based technology with advantages over conventional fluorescence-based dyes, including fewer false positives, simpler protocol, and increased assay windows.
