Integromics’ analysis software for next-gen sequencing, SeqSolve™, will be integrated with Ingenuity Systems’ IPA software under an extension of the partnership between the companies. SeqSolve performs tertiary level analysis of RNA-seq data at the gene and transcript level.
SeqSolve joins three other software solutions that Integromics has integrated with Ingenuity’s IPA: Integromics Biomarker Discovery for microarray data analysis, RealTime StatMiner for the analysis of qPCR data, as well as OmicsHub Proteomics for the analysis and storage of proteomics data.
