The Genomic Medicine Institute at Seoul National University College of Medicine purchased seven additional Genome AnalyzerIIx sequencing systems from Illumina. This expands the capacity of its recently established Asian Genome Center to 10 Illumina sequencing systems.
The Genome Analyzer supports profiling and discovery of novel transcripts, creates a high-resolution genome-wide map of DNA-protein binding sites, and sequences entire human genomes.
