Correction: Bowman v. Monsanto

Correction: Bowman v. Monsanto

  • GEN reported today that "Monsanto Gets Resounding ‘Yes’ from Supreme Court" in its efforts to enforce its patents for genetically modified soybean seed over the interests of an Indiana farmer. What our article actually suggested was that the Court appeared to be leaning in favor of Monsanto but it was nowhere near a fait accompli. GEN apologizes for printing an erroneous headline and conveying the wrong information on that status of the Supreme Court case, Vernon Hugh Bowman v. Monsanto et al. We have reposted the article under the title, "Planting the Seeds of Legal Victory".
