The Freedom EVO® liquid-handling workstation is at the core of Tecan’s range of laboratory automation solutions, offering a fully customizable platform for the automation of genomic, proteomic, drug discovery, and development and other life science applications. This versatile liquid-handling platform can be integrated with a wide choice of robotic arms, high precision pipetting tools, and application modules for all your requirements, including 96- or 384-multichannel pipetting and barcode sample identification. The Freedom EVO’s freely configurable worktable allows easy integration of separation and detection devices, shakers, and incubators.
The flexibility of the Freedom EVO platform can be further extended through seamless integration of Tecan’s microplate readers and washers, which can also operate as standalone instruments. Led by the Infinite® series of multimode readers, the versatile microplate and microarray instrument range includes multifunctional, modular, and upgradeable systems. In addition, Tecan offers a unique microarray product suite, comprising the original fully automated, walkaway microarray processing system—HS Pro—and the LS Reloaded™ or PowerScanner™ laser scanners, offering reliable automated hybridization and analysis of both slide and microplate arrays.
