Prairie Technologies–Resources

www.prairie-technologies.com/resources/faq.html
  • Fluorophore excitation/emission reference, citations to demonstrate capabilities
  • Some materials only pertain to customers

You won’t find any daffodils growing in this prairie. Prairie Technologies has established itself as an expert in two-photon microscopy, and now, thanks to the resources page on the Prairie Technologies website, you can take advantage of their expertise. With sections dedicated to applications/techniques, fluorophores, and literature citations, the webpage is very useful to anyone who uses two-photon microscopy (or who is thinking about doing so). And even if you never have any intention of touching a two-photon microscope, the brightly colored neurons of the image gallery alone are worth a visit to the site. Under the applications/techniques section, visitors can learn about the capabilities of two-photon microscopy, with citations for actual studies included. The fluorophores page is especially useful, as it lists the two-photon excitation/emission for a number of commonly used fluorescent reporters.
