The premise is simple: select your model organism of interest (fly, worm, yeast, human, mouse, or Arabidopsis) and enter a list of genes for which you want relationships found. This database may not be the largest out there, but it isn’t too shabby, either. (There are, after all, 185,324,281 interactions included.) One nice aspect of this particular gene interaction prediction tool is the option to select specific types of data or publications to be included in the search.
