Summary:
Boy, here is a pleasant surprise – a commercial site hidden rather invisibly beneath a collection of a lot of cool images and videos. How often does that happen? Certainly not often enough in my book. The opening image on the page is of a ciliate protozoan under the microscope. The image is vivid and very colorful. On the left side of the page are links to additional information, including Resources, Galleries, Meet the People, What’s New, and Links. The galleries were awesome, with still images that will take your breath away and RealPlayer videos that are impressive, as well. If you want to buy things from these folks, you certainly can—books, DVDs, etc., but they don’t get in your way as you navigate the site. We need to encourage more of this kind of thing.
