There is also a convenient chart of amino acid properties. So what are the more general resources? The “solutions” section includes a tool that calculates the molecular weight of a user-entered molecular formula. This molecular weight can, in turn, be inputted to the stock solution calculator. The third component of the app, “chemicals,” includes a tool to identify metabolites from a parent compound; there are also lists of detergent properties and information about each of the atomic elements.
