UV photometry is commonly used to quantitate nucleic acids and to assess the purity of the sample. This application note describes the use of the Thermo Scientific µDrop Plate to both quantitate low volumes of sample and accommodate cuvettes, for the measurement of concentrations in the nanogram per microliter range.
