Today pharmacodynamic biomarkers are widely used in the industry elaborating optimal dosing of new drugs and predictive biomarkers have an enormous potential for companion diagnostics. Here data are presented from pre-clinical and clinical studies with specific biomarker quantification in sub pg/ml detection limits and broad dynamic range, utlizing immuno-PCR (Imperacer®) as prime technology.
